Formulated with cucumber water to deliver rich hydration and a refreshing sensation to soothe dry skin. How to use:
After cleansing, soak a cotton pad with the toner or using your hands, apply the toner onto desired areas. Layer toner on areas with excess dead skin cells and sebum. Proceed with your routine as you normally would.
